HERBAL CARE AND HOME REMEDIES

| COURSE CONTENT |
Amongst other things, the course will include lectures on history of medicinal plants and their traditional uses, cultivation and propagation, harvesting, collection and preservation, processing of plants and preparation of formulations, mushroom cultivation, use of species in
medicare. The course will include laboratory classes for actual preparation of herbal products, visits to the industry and some lectures from financial institutions.
The language used will be English and Bengali.

| ELIGIBILITY |
The Course will be open to persons with 10+2 or equivalent qualification. Age is no bar. Women are particularly welcome.
The total number of seats is 30(thirty) only. Applicants should apply in the prescribed form. Personal particulars, specially age, must be mentioned. The original certificate / mark sheet must be shown at the time of admission.
